Thurs. Blustery all day
I put fertilizer on strawberry patch this morn. Went to town this evening for I had the car. Come back with Roy Shuler.
Footnote: Roy Shuler is the husband of Estelle's sister, Edith. They live in Big Stone Gap which is where she took the car - probably so Millard, her husband, could get home from work.
My note: I am still at Leah's staying with Max. I forgot to bring my book with all the birthdays for March. I saw on Facebook that Jeneanne - Kenneth's wife- had a birthday already in March. Today is Doug Shuler's 72nd birthday. I will check my list when I get back home and share the March Birthdays. My granddaughter, Leslie, has her 26th birthday on Friday. Boy that time went fast. Seems like just yesterday that I got the call and Rachel and I headed to the hospital in an ice storm. Took us three different routes to finally get up the hill to the hospital - we were determined. All the schools and everything else is closed here today as we are expecting a winter storm coming in by noon. It is now 11:30 and I have to go to the grocery for chips and Cokes for Max.
