Sunday Fair cold.
Sammy come for dinner. We all rode over to the funeral home to see the Charlotte Ely who died Sat. 22 year old daughter of Gordon & Nell Ely, died of cancer.
Footnote: Sammy is a friend of Janice Gail's. I don't know who the other people are or if they are related to her husband, Millard Ely.
my note: now all the snow has melted and it has rained for 2 days this week - still raining and not supposed to stop till about 8 am. The Ohio River has come out of it's banks and they have raised the flood walls downtown. People have been moved out of the low lying areas along the river and many roads are closed. What a mess of weather we have had in the last 4 weeks. However, the daffodils are loving the wet ground and they are coming right on up out of it. Buds are just about to burst open. Bring it on - Spring!!!
