Friday Fair warm.
I kept the car and went to Pennington loafing. Then to Big Stone for Mrs. Everage's funeral.
Footnote: Pennington is a town about 8 miles West. Big Stone Gap is a town about 9 miles East. I don't know Mrs. Everage.
My note: Today was uneventful at my house other than a severe thunder and hail storm about 6 PM. Hail was 1" and came down for so long that the ground was white with the balls. I video taped it pounding the roof over the garage. I could see that easy from my bedroom window. Siding blew off the neighbors house. All is well now - quiet and warm - 65 degrees.
