Sunday, 1981 Fair hot. a thunderstorm late.
We picked up Reba and went to Big Stone to eat. To church. Stephen & Justin were here. also Jennings. Redge called. He is 42 years old today.
Footnote: Reba is her sister-in-law and lives nearby. Big Stone Gap is a small town about 9 miles away. Stephen is her nephew, the older son of her brother, Everette. Justin is Stephen's son. Jennings is her brother. Redge is her son and he lives in Charlotte, N.C.
My Note: Happy Birthday to you Redge. Do you wish you were 42 again?
The show I did in Bloomington, Ind. was not so good. It was hot and sunny and there was a nice crowd but what a bunch of poor people - no money to spend on my stuff. It was really a waste of time and I am really tired. I did have a gal who owns an art gallery in Bloomington approach me about selling my things in her store. I think the people in that community don't care for my things so I am not much interested in giving her my things. So I am headed to bed.
