My note:    sorry I have been out of touch.   I have been busy with I don't know what, but seems I couldn't find the time to sit down.  I'll try to get back to posting more often.   I know lots of things are going on health wise with our family but it all seems to be under control either by the Doctor or Hospital.  Tough getting old.   I am now a great grandmother.   Leslie had a sweet baby boy, Lane Michael Davis, on Dec. 8.   They are home and doing fine.   I am going to babysit this afternoon while they get some shopping done.  Goody for me.   We had our annual cookie bake at Leah's new kitchen Saturday and it was a mess.  I made fudge - with walnuts and without and glazed pecans.  The girls made a huge number of cookies of all kinds.   And buckeyes.    of course none of us need any of that but the fun is in the mess.  I hope each of you have a wonderful holiday filled with good food, family and friends.
